Proof of purchase
To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we can not issue a refund but will provide you with a store credit instead.
Shipping items
In order to return an order, you must contact us first to notify us.
Returns can then be mailed to 95 Murarrie Road, Murarrie, 4172, QLD, Australia. We will supply the return label, and pay for the return shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return.
You should take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they are not damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond manufacturing defects, or outside its intended use, then we may reject a refund.
